Dr. Kunal Mitra is currently a tenured Full Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Florida Tech. One of his research is focused on the development of 3D bioprinted cerebrovascular and cardiovascular tissue models and using microfluidic based organ-on-a-chip system for disease modeling and aging research related to Space and Earth-based applications. His other research focus is using AI and Deep Learning (DL) models for physiological monitoring and risk classifications for traumatic brain injury and cancer patients. He earned his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Calcutta, India in 1991. He then earned his M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering in 1993 and 1996 respectively. He is a Fellow of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS), and Senior Member of Society of Photo-Optical Instrumentation Engineers (SPIE). He serves on the Board of Florida Photonics Cluster and Healthspan Action Coalition. He is Florida Tech Site PI for US NSF supported Center for Science, Technology, and Advanced Research in Space (C-STARS). He is also Associate Editor of four journal in the areas of medical device, and tissue engineering. He has published more than 150 peer reviewed journal articles and conference proceedings.

Dr. Rainier Nery Mozo is a physician, educator, and healthcare executive from the Philippines with a growing focus on regenerative, genomic, and longevity medicine. He currently serves as President and CEO of Clearbridge Medical Philippines and is actively involved in advancing innovative and precision-based healthcare initiatives in the region. He is trained in Internal Medicine and holds postgraduate studies in Genomic Medicine from the University of South Wales (United Kingdom), with an academic foundation in Biochemistry. Dr. Mozo is also certified in Regenerative Medicine and Cellular Therapeutics through international training programs, with clinical interests centered on stem cells, exosomes, immune-cell therapies, longevity science, and translational regenerative medicine. Beyond clinical and executive work, Dr. Mozo is an Associate Professor at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila College of Medicine, where he teaches Medicine and Medical Research. He is also a co-founder of the Philippine Institute for Regenerative Medicine (PHIRM), an organization dedicated to promoting education, collaboration, and responsible innovation in regenerative and precision medicine. Dr. Mozo continues to advocate for the integration of regenerative medicine, genomics, and preventive healthcare into real-world clinical practice, with the vision of making future-forward medicine more accessible in the Philippines and across Asia.

Dr. Vladimir Jurisic studied Medicine at the University of Belgrade, School of Medicine (Serbia) and finished specialization in Internal medicine at the same University. He obtained short term fellowship for cancer investigation at Charité University Berlin (Germany) and finished several training courses at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece), and European School of Oncology, Milano, (Italy) for post-graduate education in Hematology and Oncology. His doctoral thesis covered experimental model of TNF-alpha effects on different intracellular levels on isolated lymphocytes from patients with lymphoma, including investigation of apoptosis, analyses of morphology, biochemical disturbance and immunology. He authored more than 240 articles in peer reviewed international journals, national journals, and several chapters in international and national books in hematology, molecular medicine and oncology. He presented over 60 lectures at international conferences. He received the award of the University for outstanding contribution to science, the Award of the Ministry of Science of Serbia, and also several International grants including ESMO, EACR, Interferon and Cytokine Societies, UNESCO.

Dr. Jingwei Xie received his B.S. (1999) and M.S. (2002) from Nanjing University of Technology, China, and his Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore (2007). He worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Xia group at Washington University in St. Louis (2007‐2010). He is currently a Professor in the Department of Surgery-Transplant and Holland Regenerative Medicine Program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). He has won several prestigious awards including Most Promising New Invention Award at UNMC (2017), Maurer Scientific Achievement Award (2019), CAB Mid-Career Investigator Award (2020), Distinguished Scientist Award at UNMC (2021), and Innovator of the Year (2024) at UNMC. He was selected as AIMBE Fellow in 2024. His research interests include biomaterials, drug delivery, wound healing, hemostasis, tissue/disease modeling, and regenerative medicine.
